| Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, | ||||
|
Welcome to our Saint Constance Parish website. As a pastor, I do my best to get to know and serve all the people of our parish community. I welcome you not alone, but also in the name of our Associate Pastors, the Parish Staff and the Missionary Sisters of Christ the King. Saint Constance Parish is made up of people of various nationalities, languages and cultures. We are united by our faith in God and in the one, holy, catholic and apostolic church. Our parish was founded in 1916 by Polish immigrants, but today it serves all who come here to worship. We have an excellent English language grammar school from preschool through grade eight, and we offer the Maximillian M. Kolbe Saturday Polish School for those who wish to cultivate Polish traditions. Religious education classes are offered in the English and Polish languages for children attending public schools as well as Masses, Sacraments, preparation programs for Baptism, Confirmation and Marriage. We have a wide variety of parish clubs and parish organizations for you to participate in, as well as many opportunities to minister as you desire. You are invited to actively participate in the life of our parish. A parish is not buildings, but the people committed to it. Our parish will continue to be what we working together will make it. You are included in my prayers and I ask for your prayers in my intention so that we may do everything for the greater glory of God and for the benefit of each person who comes our way regardless of education, descent, language, nationality or culture. May God bless and keep you!
Yours in Christ, |
