Baptisms

Baptisms are celebrated in English on the first and third Sundays and in Polish on the second and fourth Sundays of each month. Parents must participate in a Baptismal preparation meeting (including a discussion on requirements for godparents) before a Baptismal date can be scheduled. To register for a meeting please call the rectory secretary.

Weddings

The Archdiocese of Chicago requires arrangements for weddings be made four months in advance of the event. At St. Constance we strongly recommend meeting with a deacon/priest at least six months before the date of marriage and prior to any other wedding arrangements. Please call the rectory for an appointment.

Communion Calls

If you or someone you love would like to receive Communion at home or in a nursing facility, please call the rectory to make arrangements for regular visits.

Sacrament of the Sick

Call the rectory to make arrangements for a priest to visit and anoint the seriously-ill person. Do not wait until the person is unconscious or near death.

Funerals

At the time of loss, families arranging a Funeral Mass for a loved one are invited to meet with a member of our pastoral staff to participate in the selection of readings and music for the Mass.
