What does Holy Spirit want from us?

When we learn about the Holy Spirit by reading the Word of God, we are surprised by the truth about Him: He is demanding! He wants to live in us like in a temple! He wants to teach us to pray as we should and He helps us pray like beloved sons and daughters of God the Father, crying “Abba, Father!”

He wants to lead us to the whole truth, and He reminds us of everything Jesus taught us (Jn 14:26). He wants to help us not only say “Jesus is Lord”, but to make Jesus the Lord of our lives!

He wants to unite us to be ONE. He ultimately wants to help us to mortify our lives according to the flesh and the world, so that we can focus on the things of the Spirit and live according to the Spirit in everything we do.

It is a long list, but He wants our Good!
